Well formed buds and double 1.5 inch flowers with 35 to 40 petals are clear bright yellow. This is a vigorous, healthy variety which produces an unending display of blooms perfect for cutting and exhibition. A compact well shaped shrub, 'Rise 'N' Shine' will grow to a height of 12 to 18 inches tall. Excellent subject for container culture or in a garden setting. Blooms are produced singly and in cluster of 3 to 5.
